What This Is
Chief of Training is quest-based learning. You pick a topic, work through it step by step, and earn EZ Merit Points along the way. The quests are built by AI using the same training methodology Eric Zosso used when he oversaw 30+ satellite operations instructors in the Air Force. Whether you want to learn about technology, trades, finance, or just how the ecosystem works, there is a quest for that.
How It Works
Each quest is a chain of steps. Some steps teach you something. Some quiz you on what you learned. Some give you a choice that changes where the quest goes next. You earn points for completing steps, and a bonus when you finish the whole quest. Your EZ Merit ID tracks everything across the ecosystem.
